๐ Service Area and Travel Fee
- Primary Service Area: We proudly serve clients within a 30 mile radius of 90510.
- Out-of-Area Service: Travel outside this radius may be subject to an additional Travel Fee $15-$25, which will be confirmed during the booking process.
- Parking: The client is responsible for providing accessible, legal, and safe parking at the location. Any required parking fees will be added to the service cost.
โฐ Scheduling and Appointment Time
- Arrival Window: Please allow the therapist an 15-minute arrival window before the scheduled start time to set up the equipment. We strive to be punctual, but traffic is sometimes unavoidable.
- Late Arrival (Client): If the client is late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the full session fee will apply. This is necessary to respect the scheduling of other clients.
- Late Arrival (Therapist): If the therapist is significantly delayed, the client will be notified immediately. The therapist will ensure the client receives the full hands-on massage time.
๐ณ Payment and Gratuity
- Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Cash, Venmo, Zelle.
- Payment Timing: Payment is due prior to the start of the session.
- Gratuity: Gratuity is appreciated but never expected. If you feel your therapist provided excellent service, tips can be added to your payment or given directly to the therapist.
๐ซ Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- Standard Cancellation: We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests.
- Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than [e.g., 24 hours] before the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service cost.
- No-Show Policy: If the client fails to be present or available at the scheduled time (a “no-show”), the full service fee will be charged. Pre-payment may be required for future bookings.
- Therapist Right to Cancel: If the therapist feels unsafe or the environment is unsuitable for a professional therapeutic session (e.g., inadequate space, unsafe conditions, client under the influence), the therapist reserves the right to cancel the session immediately. The client will be charged the Late Cancellation Fee.
๐งผ Environment and Safety Guidelines
- Required Space: Please ensure a clear space of approximately 6ft x 8ft to accommodate the massage table and allow the therapist to move freely.
- Sanitation: The therapist adheres to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols. We ask that the client also maintain a clean environment for the service.
- Minors and Supervision: Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present in the room throughout the entire session.
- Confidentiality: All client information and session details are kept strictly confidential, as per professional ethics standards.
๐ฉบ Health and Medical Consent
- Medical Disclaimer: Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical examination or diagnosis. Please consult with your primary care physician for any medical concerns.
- Disclosure: Clients must inform the therapist of any existing medical conditions, injuries, medications, or health changes prior to the session. This is vital to ensure safe and effective treatment.
- Illness: If the client is experiencing any contagious illness (cold, flu, fever, etc.), please notify us to reschedule the appointment, even if it is within the 24-hour window, to protect the health of the therapist and other clients. No cancellation fee will be charged for rescheduling due to contagious illness.
๐ Professional Conduct
Therapeutic Intent: All sessions are strictly non-sexual and therapeutic in nature. Any inappropriate comments, conduct, or advances will result in the immediate termination of the session, and the full fee will be charged. Law enforcement may be contacted if necessary.
